1. Restock Fees and Returns

2. Lead Times and Shipping
2.1. Desktops outside of prebuilt systems shall have a lead time ranging from 3 to 10 business days, subject to availability and order volume.
2.2. Launched Gaming warrants a period of 2 years for all products, during which best efforts shall be made to replace defective parts under the manufacturer's warranty, or with equivalent parts if readily available.
2.3. Shipping services are provided to destinations within the United States, subject to certain restrictions such as deliveries to Alaska and Military Addresses.
3. Order Requirements
3.1. The accuracy of shipping and billing information is crucial. Failure to provide matching billing and shipping addresses may result in the rejection of your order.
4. Prebuilt Systems
4.1. Prebuilt systems are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days, though occasional delays of up to 5 business days may occur depending on demand.
5. Community Support
5.1. Launched Gaming offers lifetime community support through its dedicated staff, accessible via discord channels or email correspondence.
5.2. Response times for support queries typically range from 2 hours to 24-48 hours, contingent upon the volume of inquiries received.
5.3. For expedited assistance, users are encouraged to engage with Launched Gaming's support staff through the designated community or support channels, particularly via discord, for immediate response.
6. Warranty
6.1. The warranty provided by Launched Gaming is contingent upon adherence to proper usage and maintenance guidelines.
6.2. Neglect, liquid damage, improper maintenance, or failure to adhere to prescribed maintenance intervals, such as draining and refilling custom loop systems every 6 to 12 months, may result in the cancellation of warranty coverage.
6.3. Launched Gaming reserves the right to terminate warranty coverage in cases where neglect, intentional damages, component alterations, or the removal of warranty void stickers are suspected.
